The EDI section outlines the business requirements for trading EDI documents with Kohl's. Trading of EDI documents is a requirement of doing business with Kohl's.
It is the vendor's responsibility to validate EDI transmissions for information accuracy prior to shipping product. These items include, but are not limited to, UPCs, retail prices, packing configurations.
All questions, issues and inquiries pertaining to EDI should be emailed to our EDI mailbox at edimio@kohls.com. The mailbox is monitored Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm central time.
We will do our best to respond within 24 to 48 business hours. If you have not received a response and it has not been at least 48 business hours, please allow us the time to look into your issue and respond. Sending multiple replies will delay response.
