The CTPAT program was created to enhance supply chain security and to protect the U.S. from acts of terrorism. Kohl’s has been a validated member of CTPAT since 2006. To maintain compliance with CTPAT requirements, the Kohl’s Factory Compliance team monitors the activities of all factories used in production of Kohl’s Private and Exclusive brands, carriers, freight forwarders, consolidators, and warehouses in the supply chain. Validation in the CTPAT program provides Kohl’s with Supply Chain Predictability. This validation is dependent on the commitment of our business partners. As such, Kohl's expects all Vendors and Factories to demonstrate commitment to CTPAT Security Criteria.
