This policy applies to the following production:

• Cancelled Purchase Orders
• Returns to Vendor (“RTV”)
• Factory Left-overs (e.g., overruns, defective products not meeting Kohl’s qualityexpectations, etc.)

Procedure outlining how to evaluate materials at the mill and factory to ensure fabric meets Kohl's fabric quality standards and prevent defects in the final product.
